Dagens Sundhedstip: "Undgå hvidt sukker, hvorfor? I 1920'erne blev det konstateret, at dyr, der blev fodret med en kost af hvidt sugger, udviklede alvorlige neurologiske sygdomme og derefter døde. I stedet for at forbyde dette produkt, US Food and Drug, administration erklærede, at de fleste hvide sukker produkter skal "beriges" med jern & nogle få vitaminer til at "korrigere" problemet. Desværre har berigelsen af jern skabt en endnu værre situation, der forårsager diabetes, hjertesygdomme og kræft for millioner af mennesker. Det beriget jern er i for store mængder, er giftig og folk indtager for meget af det. Fordi der ikke er en naturlig balance af mineraler i sukkeret, fører det derfor til jern forgiftning. Endelig er hvidt sukker frataget alle sine spormineraler og ofte indeholder det giftige kemikalier såsom klor og brom, som anvendes til blegemiddel."


Health Tip of the Day: "Avoid White Flour! Why? In the 1920s, it 
was found that animals that were fed a diet of white flour, developed serious neurological diseases & then died. Instead of banning this product, the US Food and Drug Administration declared that most white flour products must be “enriched” with iron & a few vitamins to “correct” the problem. Unfortunately, the enrichment of Iron has created an even worse situation causing diabetes, heart disease & cancer for millions of people. The enriched iron is too excessive, is toxic & people absorb too much of it because there is not a natural balance of minerals in the flour, therefore it leads to iron toxicity. Lastly, the flour is stripped of all its trace minerals & often contains toxic chemicals such as chlorine & bromine used as bleaching agents." Author Kirsten Harper
